Refund Policy

Effective date: 28 October 2026

Premium subscriptions to TomeMaester are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes all refunds.

  • 14-day refund, no questions asked: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, you get a full refund, wherever you live. This also covers the right of withdrawal of EU/UK consumers.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
  • How to ask: use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to contact@tomemaester.com.
